Dolphin-Zipcode redirection to custom userpage

Project Description:

I have the newest Dolphin and want to be able to key off of a users zipcode and have them redirected to a custom localized default page. Example Bobby from Mobile Alabama will have a different login page then Suzy from Pensacola Florida would have. That way I can put local information and have people in or around that city and have people see it. Either advertising or Dui check point or just what ever. It still needs to function like the original. I was hoping to take the default page once some logs in and copy it and rename say by the Zip Code/login. then page I am talking about is the one, once you log in and has the menus to serach, and the like
