Project Description:

When users come to my sites I would like a script to interogate that users IP.

If the IP is in a given list (presumably held in .htaccess) forward to a given site , if not, allow into my site.

The file holding the IP range should be easy to update and the site to redirect to should be easy to update.

an example of my sites is http://enterthru.info/
