We need to develop an IVR system using Envox CT ADE tool with: 1- Delphi, or 2- VB, or 3- .NET The IVR should be able to receive concurrent inbound calls and be able to make outbound calls. The application should have the below properties: 1- multithreading 2- trunk monitoring and trunk reset 3- trunk mode can be as inbound only or outbound only or in/out 4- the system will work on windows server 2003 5- the system will use Dialogic cards connected to E1 and ISDN PRI protocol (like D/600JCT-2E1) 6- the code should be build using the CT ADE voice component 7- the IVR application should be able to play different prompt according to the dialed code DNIS finaly, we need IVR system to work in GSM network |
