Good Morning,

I am looking for a partner, not a worker. Basically I am setting up a web design company in the UK - my job will be to go out and find work / clients that I can pass through to the winning Freelancer.

Site work will be completed in wordpress.

Basic site will consist of Theme / Logo (if needed) and approx 5 to 10 pages.

Seo Work

Initially the winning company will produce a website for the business to launch from (reduced rate). There will be a set a price for each clients site (Approx $100 -$150) based on a basic package. I will then look to sell and promote your services at around $300 - $400 - with me providing training for the client this end. The difference between your cost and my resell value will be used to promote / market services.

If the client wants extras this will be priced / charged separatley.

Initially you will need to speculate some time to produce a site that promotes our services. Something along the lines of http://www.quickwebsite4u.com

I will cover all the costs of hosting and marketing the business - your job will be to complete clients sites within 2 week time frame - ideally quicker.
