Project Description:
This is quite a common website. We need a website that clients can sent out mass sms.-Client purchase credits for number of sms.
-Client can upload/add contact list.
-Credit will be deducted upon sms sent
-Purchase credit
-Admin that can email all clients
-Admin panel to add "contact listings Offer" for all client, they can select contacts listings Offer after they login so to send mass sms eg ( 1000 contacts number of propert agent at us, 1000 contacts number of propert agent at china, 1000 contacts number for A school students,1000 contacts number for B school students...etc) A simple script to update my contacts into the data base from file in excel format.
Choice of gateway
We can set the gateway to use.
Gate way A
For sms to certain country we would like to use" mail to sms " like the following
http://www.adcpl.com/products/smsgateway/overview.asp
Thats mean the website send the sms message as email with client user name, password and message content. Third party software above will verify and send out sms thru phone.
Gate way B
Stand gateway provide by telecom operators.
Please quote your price with Gateway B and without gateway B. This is quite a standard website if you already have the script just need to add send thru mail function.
