Convert X-cart orders csv to .dbf(m.o.m.) import format

someone will need to create is the following:A small executable program that will:
1) take an x-cart order export csv file
2) tranform it into the proper mom(mail order manager) import format which is .dbf
We need someone who has done this before.
For example, the dbf can’t contain headings, but the 10th column needs to be the zipcode. Column 22 is the “Source_key”. Depending on which site exports orders, the source key will be different. If we are exporting from our canadian site, the source key will be "CANADA" -- if we are exporting from our Uk site, the source key will be "CUFFSUK". Also, please note, when reviewing the File Structure document please make sure you read about column 30, which is “Continued”, and it is very important.

Prior to this I have done one project called "Unit testing Tool". It is used to testing the developed code. The input of the application is DLL, which you want to test. From this DLL I will list out all the classes using reflection. After that I will list out the methods based on the selection of the class. You can create a test case and execute it. Using this project you can ensure that whether your code is working properly or not.
