Need help on Cron/ Crawler; listing not updating.

I need help in my new website, i have a websites [REMOVED BY GAF ADMIN] that need a fix on getting updated listing from craigslist.org and a correct google maps. The cron on [REMOVED BY GAF ADMIN] is not updating each listing daily and a lot times the international listing is not pulling each listing. The google maps is not coordinating according to listing address and a lot times too,it's show on the wrong maps.

I need a good coder who have deep knowledge about daily cron updates and google maps coordination and can fix the problem for my site.I don't need a coder who will tell me they can get the listing from the other website and send the listing via email, i need a cron or crawler and will updates my listing directly to my website.
