FIx Virtualmin Pro Script Installer and Mail

Project Description:

Real simple project.
I have a Virtualmin Pro server. It does not always install scripts properly. I know it is an issue with php and permissions. I need this fixed, and I am having issues setting up our outlook and getting mail without errors. This is a production server, the mail is I'm sure wrong authentication setting or something. Very simple, $20 project. The mail works fine if I login and check it on the server, it just doesn't work with outlook properly.

Please be familiar with Virtualmin Pro, and Linux server knowledge a must!
