(both using Hyper Mesh and ANSYS)
If you provide the dimensions of the disc to be lifted, material to be used, standard for considering factor of safety and critical interface dimensions if any, then the list of task I am going to perform to complete your job are given below:
1)Detailed calculation of the dimensions of the lifting tackles by considering the factor of safety as per standards (in FOS or standard for FOS is not mentioned, FOS of two on yield strength of the material will be considered).
2)Pro-E model of the component for calculated thickness.
3)Finite Element Analysis of the component(s) using ANSYS/ Hyper Mesh will be done.
4)The detailed report of design and the CAD drawing will be submitted in a soft copy.
Note: please provide the project during week end so that the project will be completed with in scheduled time
