NOW.... THIS POSTING:

- Current Posting provides scope and details for 5 DIFFERENT PROJECTS
- This bid is for PROJECT #1 ONLY.
- PROJECT#1 is a 1 or 2 week project which will fix the major bugs, barriers to conversion, and 'uglies' in the current site. This will give us more time to do an excellent job in Projects #2-5.
- Winning Project #1 will give you an advantage for Projects #2-5 which include Logo Redesign, Website Redesign, Product Data Project, Product Image Clean-ups and Formatting, SEO, and Advanced Functionality work.
- Projects #2-5 may not be posted if freelancer who wins Project #1 impresses us enough

Timing
o Start Date: As soon as possible
o Duration Estimate: No more than 2 weeks total (I think most critical issues can be fixed in one week)

Scope – Issues that will affect purchase or return visitors:
o Critical usability issues
o Obvious bugs
o Incredible Ugliness
o Major Barriers to Purchase

To be Provided to You -
o psd files, gymnastics images, access as needed, other
o I do expect Volusion experts in your team to work on this project or at least guide it, I do not want to have to answer any questions about Volusion b/c I am looking to you to be the experts on Volusion

Communication
o Daily email update
o I prefer not to have telephone conversations – I prefer email.
o If we are having communication problems let me know and we’ll set up a call.

Preliminary List – 15 Scope Items
1. Problems on shopping cart page (overlap of text etc.)
2. Remove shipping selection in purchase
3. Easy way to charge them in another transaction for shipping fee
4. Graphics break apart currently in header
5. Add currency and translation drop downs to homepage (to appear in global nav somewhere)
6. Add ‘logout’ link globally
7. Add ‘my account’ link globally
8. Anything you can do in registration / purchase process to make it smoother and less annoying (please recommend)
9. Anything you can do to enhance purchase conversion or newsletter conversion (please recommend)
10. Replace the ‘we are calculating your blab la bla’ loading graphic that appears sometimes
11. When you choose to have gift-wrap, right now it says on the right, “Sorry, Gift Wrap not available for this item”. Fix this
12. ON registration process, next to email address – the box is missing altogether and text next to it, “Benefits of Registering: …” is misaligned.
13. Add search field to all pages
14. Implement a new image viewer on product page
15. Other you come across and recommend...?
