Project Description:
I need an email template that I can load into a mass mailing program (PHPlist). It needs to be able to be read by all kinds of mail software, Outlook, Google Mail, Yahoo, Eudora, Thunderbird etc.I want the template to use that same look and feel as my current web site design which is coded in PHP and similar in format to an example I have (see attached).
Template will be used to regularly send out promotions/sales etc from site. Needs to be flexible so I can add images/text as required. No copy required as part of project.

Have done a similiar integration of newsletter module to a new portal using
php, mysql. We were using the mail template stored at mysql db. Let me know to complete this work to your satisfaction.

a) I'm located in New Zealand where I was born and as such I am a native speaker, went to the university here at Auckland for my BSc(Math). As such my english writing skills are exceptional.
b) I'm an expert on SEO/SEM (member of the Auckland User Group on this, my advice can be invaluable for the growth of your site. As my copy will not only be written correctly from an english perspective by effectively too from the SEO perspective too. Plus I've got experience on designing landing pages, tracking viewers, & email marketing campaigns.
c) My expertise, I'm passionate about this. I went to WordcampNZ earlier this month and I'm the organiser of the Auckland WordPress UserGroup. I have much experience with php development.
