Looking for a sharepoint designer which can help us setting up the customzied forms for our sales team on the sharepoint site. Following are some examples of forms required
1. Registration Form:
Form having general fields like First Name, Last Name (etc) and also a field which can be used for attaching file. Attachment field must be manadatory to save the record.
2. General Monthly Report:
To be accessible to the Regional Sales Manager and their direct manager. Can only see and edit their own forms.
Data needs to filter into their managers form. So 5 forms need to consolidate into one.
Direct Managers can see subordinate forms but not each other’s. Once they edit theirs – needs to consolidate into their Direct Managers Final Report.
All forms need to be editable without editing the original document.
Numbers based reporting tool currently formatted in a table. We need to be able to list Columns and Rows . need to record data against a set group of distributors without typing the same thing week after week.
4. Top 5 key projects:
Same as above, need a table that lists distributor name and then 4 columns with value, type of project etc.
Pipeline is a tracking of what stage a project is at. Currently set up in quadrant format with 4 different colours to indicate stage of progression of project. We need this data to be ready and available for editing at every log in. each regional sales manager has their own pipeline. This will then need to be able to be consolidated in a report the same as general monthly report by respective quadrants.
Within these forms we will want conditions such as other fields becoming available for data entry if a tick box is selected, minimum/maximum characters per box, cannot progress without having completed a field and other conditions that may arise during the developmental stage.
