Create Photoalbums in Adobe Lightroom 2.x

Project Description:

I am a semi professional photographer and in the course of a couple of years I have shot thousands of images who all sit on my local hard disk. I am now in the process of setting up a nice photography website to share my work with my friends and family. But it is too much work for me to do.

Therefore am I looking for some help from a passionate photographer to build all sites and this is what I would like you to do.

1.) Every day I will upload a batch of anywhere between 30 and 75 Canon RAW images onto an FTP server.
2.) You will download them all and import them in Adobe Lightroom 2.x
3.) You will select the best 15 images of the btach for publishing based on your own photographic judgement
4.) You will optimize each of this 15 images:
> crop if and when needed to make a better picture
> adjust whitebalance, exposure, levels, sharpness, color etc. if needed
>remove dustspots (if any)
5.) You will then publish these images in an online webalbum in a preset which I already have created.

I have quite a lot of web albums to produce but will only upload one batch at a time and only after the previous album is finished to my satisfaction.

Who should bid on this job:
a.) Someone who is a photographer him/herself and has experience with Adobe Lightroom.
b.) Someone who is very precise and detailed to make sure all images look at their best when published.

I do not look for someone who likes to do this in a rush and to make as many albums as possible in a short period of time without the appropriate photography passion.

I will pay up to $10 per published album if it is really top notch. In the next weeks, I have many, many albums to produce, but please bid for 1 album only now. I will try it out with a few different people to see who performs best and can do my whole library.
