Project Description:

Complete SEO + link-building for our website.

We require SEO professionals with a proven track record, to provide SEO and link building services for our website, which is in the photographic retail industry. We understand that SEO is not an immediate but rather an ongoing process, and look to treat the relationship in this way.

Notice: Please include on your bids a few link samples, which you will be adding to our URLs. We will carry out a number of further projects, jobs well done will be most likey rewarded with further jobs.

We currently are looking for results which include top 3-5 placing in google for a range of 30-40 most relevant keywords [will be provided to preferred top bidders, for further clarification before commencing project]

In the quote/proposal, we require that the provider give full details of what approaches they intend to use an analysis of the relevant keywords, their likely ranking and time to achieve this ranking; as well as a full breakdown [with at some samples] of target websites and keywords for link-building.

For on-site work, we require ahead of time a proposal/list of exactly what work needs to be done, how long it is likely to take, and the outcomes to be achieved from this.

We require that goals be set – both in terms of tangible outcomes for link-building and on-site work, as well as evidence via search results that a sampling of keywords are beginning to achieve desired position – and will pay according to these outcomes being met, on a month by month basis.

We are looking for a total of 500-100 PR3 or higher one way links to our website based on relevant keywords. We require that a summary be sent with samples of exactly which websites would be getting linked. Anchor text is to be discussed along with keywords prior to commencing the project.

We are willing to look at having the project broken up into 2-3 parts and handled separately – so that all of us can track and manage the results of the project better - [for different keyword groups], we will discuss this on an application basis.

We require that a solid timeline be given, along with which aspects of the project [onsite, link-building, other] are to be done when, and exactly what outcomes are achieved by each on a month to month reporting basis.

Desired duration of the project: 3-6 months [proven ability to get both quick and reliable results will look at getting preference in selection]. Bidding price is for the whole duration of the project, and completion time should be specified in the bid.

Payment: We will pay for this project once project completed and verified. Will check all links before payment made. You will need to provide us with the following spreadsheet before any payment is made: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Google Page Rank and IP address

We will choose partners not only based on price, but also based on proven track-record, and demonstrated ability at exceptional communication – upon which a beneficial long-term relationship is based.

Need very experienced link builder who knows how to check that links are good and need to check robots.txt, make sure not dynamic links, javascript, flash links, graphic, nofollow, etc. Experienced link builders only. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience.

All the usual link building rules apply:

* The page my link is placed on must be PR3 or above. (NOT JUST THE MAIN SITE)
- No .info or any other cheap domains.
Require One way links only (no reciprocal links will be accepted)
- No link exchange programs or web rings such as backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text
must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and Not under construction.
- One link per domain. All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
- No sites that require ongoing payments
- On established, static and crawlable pages
- All links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase (I
will supply the target keyword/keyword Phrase)
* Links must be on a "Cruise", "Travel", "News", "Ship" or similarly related website.
* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days.
* Link page should be from English language sites only
* Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
* There is no more than 17 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
* Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
* Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
* One link per domain. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
* Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
* No sites that require ongoing payments
* No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
* No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
* No link from: guestbooks, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites.
* One way non-reciprocal links.
* Links must be static html links including the choosing target keywords in anchor text
* Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire.
* Links must be in text, no graphics.
- Links must be permanent, static htmllinks
- No links using any automated techniques. No use of Automated software
- ALL links must be submitted manually
* No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
* Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads;
* Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
* Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
* Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties.
* Must send me weekly updates of links.
* We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.


Proof of Performance:

– Link URL (the URL of where our link is located)

Payment Terms: To be paid Monthly upon completion of set goals within that month. We are happy to look at bids outside this price range, for any bidders able to demonstrate the need and benefits of extending the project.
