Thre are two thing that i need:

1. I already integrated the UPS module to calculate the shipping rate, i am looking to install the same module from USPS. The site was develop based on Os Commerce.

2. I need to authorize my client to have access directly to my mySQL, inventory in my website, he need to download that file.

Hi I have beeen providing oscommerce based solutions for over two years now. I have added support for both USPS and UPS a number of times. It will not take me more then a day to get it done for you. All I'll need from you is the Web API username and password provided by the USPS on registering. This is different then the login info you use for your USPS account. I shall explain the process once you accept my bid. Its really simple. Also, I can provide a link in admin section from where your store admin could download the data from database. less

Doing this is very simple, though anyone who takes on this project will have to work closely with you because for the USPS Module you will need to give USPS information as well over the phone. I can take on this project and have it done in a matter of a few hours once you have the information you will need from USPS. To be honest, you could do this yourself and anyone charging a high amount is ripping you off. OSCommerce makes it easy to integrate USPS into their cms.  less
