    I have my Bachelor Of Arts degree in philosophy and with respect to other tasks; I can send out e-mails, do general data entry using MS Excel. I also speak and write English very well as this language is my country's lingua franca (i.e. official language) and most importantly I am ready and willing to learn how to carry out other tasks I currently don't know how to do including the use of your AD PLATFORM.

    There is hidden gold in the way of tax lien investments. What makes these investments unique is the fact many persons are unaware that this investment mining opportunity even exists. Why is this so? It isn’t something you’ll probably be apprised of very readily.
    In explanation, local governments use money in order to provide services: the money used is acquired by way of taxation. One form of taxation is real estate tax. The owner of a parcel of real estate is assessed a dollar amount which is based on real property. If the owner of the parcel of land fails to make his or her payment, the tax naturally is considered a lien against the property. This lien against the property is certainly not going to do anything for the local community as far as paying for community services. In other words, the local government prefers money now—not some time in the far off future. This lien on property owned by the current resident represents money not available. The government, once again, needs the tax in order to fulfill the community’s budgetary requirements.
    Naturally, as alluded to at the beginning of our article, purchasing tax liens represents an enormous opportunity for the investor. If you have a limited amount of capital, then tax lien investment is the way to go. In order to involve yourself in tax lien investing, you’ll need to educate yourself since much is written about the process. This will be necessary before any investment activity takes place.
    Another real estate investment comes in the form of tax deed sales. This is a good investment opportunity if your goal is to purchase and sell real estate or build a portfolio of investment properties. You’ll want to set up steps and plan in order to reach your investment objectives.
    In order to provide you with a heads-up as to planning: You’ll need to contact the county treasurer’s office. Once contacting the treasurer, ask the following questions:
    1. When will your county conduct the next tax sale?
    2. Where is the location of the sale?
    3. Where may I attain a list of tax liens/properties for sale?
    4. Where may I attain requirements/regulations of the sale?
    5. What is the interest rate regarding tax liens?
    6. Does the county have any tax lien certificates or properties that haven’t been sold from the previous sale? If the answer is yes, ask to see a copy of the list.
    This list can be massive therefore the investment potential is terrific. If the county treasurer’s office does not have this list, ask what happens to tax lien certificates that aren’t sold. Generally, the governmental office will inform you which department maintains the tax lien list.
