  2nd Part of the project (as the entire project was too long to fit on the main page):
  
  Contact Us:
  • Change the font and position of the title to match the other pages.
  • Fix the fields position and font to match the font used in the rest of the page.
  • Check and fix any possible error handling of the form sending mechanism.
  
  Backend Checklist:
  
  All:
  • Fix security issue with the way customers, login and passwords are stored. Right now the system is pretty easy.
  
  Login Page:
  • If wrong username and password are entered show a message.
  • Add a session timeout time option (30, 60, 120 and NEVER for example). Current session expires too soon so sometimes we loose uploads.
  
  Menu:
  • Add a General Tab before Welcome and color it the same as the Settings tab.
  • Remove Online Ordering tab and page.
  
  General Tab (NEW):
  • Ability to change the main music used by the page. Since they are multiple ones, a list is needed with the ability to delete and add them individually as well as the order.
  • Ability to change the new facebook link at the bottom right of the front page.
  • Ability to change the first two images shown as intro and possibility to add/remove more.
  
  Wedding Galleries (Inside Weddings Tab):
  • Show the thumbs a little bigger and arranged differently (galleries.jpg)
  • Ability to change the name of the galleries
  • Highlight on mouse hover.
  
  Wedding Galleries (EDIT):
  • Eliminate the description field.
  • Show a bigger preview of the image using the full size one instead of the thumb.
  • Rearrange the info and buttons (galleries_edit.jpg).
  • Probably integrate the same tool used for uploading pictures in the customer access.
  
  Wedding Galleries (ADD IMAGE):
  • Probably integrate the same tool used for uploading pictures in the customer access.
  
  Wedding Cinematography (Inside Weddings Tab):
  • Switch the video player with the same new one used in the main page.
  • Add the ability to add multiple videos as per new player both in SD and HD.
  • Add the ability to add description and title of each video.
  • Rearrange the whole page (video_edit.jpg)
  
  Session Galleries (Inside Sessions Tab):
  • Same as Wedding Galleries, Wedding Galleries (EDIT) and Wedding Galleries (ADD IMAGE).
  
  FAQs Tab:
  • Highlight a whole line when the mouse hovers on any of the fields.
  
  Customer Access Tab:
  • Add a Wedding Date column.
  • Automatically sort the content by wedding date.
  • Make the Status, Template, Edit and Delete columns smaller.
  • Highlight a whole line when the mouse hovers on any of the fields.
  • Show the date in the format of MM-DD-YYYY
  
  Customer Access (ADD):
  • Add all the text fields used in the EDIT customer so no extra step needed (customer_add.jpg).
  • A generic video that says NOT AVAILABLE is uploaded automatically in the subfolder /video/ of each customer with the name “video_USERNAME.flv�.
  • A default music is used for each new customer with a drop down menu where you can select already uploaded music (so unify the music in one folder under /customers/bgmusics/).
  • Ability to upload a new music (which is added to the drop down list as well).
  • Automatically enable users for 60 days.
  
  Customer Access (STATUS):
  • Eliminate this section and integrate it with the edit button so Username, Password and Expire Date. Create date is a fixed value and should not be changed.
  • Change the date format to MM-DD-YYYY
  • Possibility to change the template type (if templates get unified in formats and sizes).
  
  Customer Access (EDIT - HOME):
  • Redesigned layout based on the changes done to the ADD customer.
  • Delete the “image file� field since the java tool is used to upload the picture.
  • Add the STATUS section to the page.
  • Add the BGMUSIC section to the page.
  • Add a drop menu for selecting the template.
  • Change the Wedding date field to a pull down calendar.
  • User path field only showed at the top as information and not changeable.
  
  Customer Access (EDIT - GALLERY):
  • Wedding Galleries, Wedding Galleries (EDIT).
  
  Customer Access (EDIT – VIDEO):
  • Remove the description field.
  • Use the same video player as the same page but only for one video.
  • Use a better method to upload the videos (some kind of upload tool with resume since right now we are uploading a short video and then replacing it with the real one through FTP).
  
  Customer Access (EDIT – GUESTBOOK):
  • Automatically sort comments by date.
  • Make Comment Date, Edit and Delete columns smaller and other fields bigger.
  
  Customer Access (EDIT – BGMUSIC):
  • Delete this section and integrate it with EDIT – HOME.
  
  Testimonials Tab:
  • Sort them correctly (last comment is actually the first displayed).
  • Make EDIT and DELETE columns smaller and others bigger.
  • Make a date be a calendar selection box and have it entered automatically without using text.
  
  Settings Tab:
  • Add an Old Password field for verification purposes.
  
  Template 2:
  
  Welcome Page:
  • Name and date have a length limit that makes them change line if they are too long.
  
  Photo Gallery:
  • When the amount of pages under the bigger picture is over 100, the numbers get cut.
  • Slideshow only works for small pictures, not the big ones.
  
  Video:
  • Would like to change the player to a higher quality one and change the format to 16:9 and not 4:3 like the current one.
  
  Guestbook:
  • The text NAME and DATE of the comments looks bad. Needs fixing.
  
  Templates 1 and 3:
  • A lot of fixing is required for these templates but they haven’t been used much so any problem that might come up is not known but we would like to fix them.
  
  Templates (ALL):
  • Modify them so the images are adapted from a standard size thus allowing template switching with ease.
