Project Description:

KBIM is in need of several Full-Time inside Sales/Telemarketing Representatives.
Responsibilities include:
• Outbound business to business calling
• Account profiling and prospecting
• Generate qualified opportunities and setting appointments
• Transitioning qualified opportunities to sales teams
• Closing deals over the phone

Payment terms:
• Commission Only

We are looking for candidates who are comfortable making outbound sales calls, are self-motivated, professionally aggressive and success orientated. Position is temporary to permanent.
Job Requirements
• Experience in IT sales
• 2 year of customer service or cold calling experience is required
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A star Telemarketer who can schedule 4-8 meetings per week and/or close deals right over the phone
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism
• Self starter with a passion for success!
• Someone not afraid to pick up the phone and dial!
• Strong customer service and listening skills
This important position will be responsible for making 80 calls per day from an assigned list focusing on small to mid-size companies between 25-200 employees.
