Project Description:

I have a small accounting firm and am looking to create a range of excel spreadsheets to replace manual processes.

I am proficient in Excel myself and am versed in VBA, but do not have a broad enough command of VBA for it to be time-efficient to write the spreasheets myself.

For each project, I will be able to design the spreadsheet, and then will require a VBA programmer to add the necessary VBA for the spreadsheet to perform the automated tasks that I require.

I have created one such spreadsheet (as a trial) and am ready to offer it to a freelancer. The attachment shows that file with the specific requirements to be conveyed to the successful bidder.

If all goes well, there will be many more spreadsheets to write. Each will require different things so the work will be diverse and interesting. In all cases, however, I will be able to provide quite precise and explicit instructions based on my proficiency in Excel and my "seat of the pants" knowledge of VBA.

It is hard to say the hours involved with this first project, especially being the first one, but I'm prepared to accept bids on the basis of there being 2 hours work and if it looks like taking longer than that, then we can strike a new price at the completion of the 2 hours work based on the bidder's thoughts at that time.
