Simple Java Sliding Squares Game

Please see the attached picture.First of all I want this project to be developed in Java.
Its a well known puzzle game where the player needs to slide the squares in a predefined order in order to complete the puzzle. The square CAN ONLY MOVE to an empty space. In the attached picture for example, square 15 can only move to the right and square 12 can only move downwards. After the square moves it will create an empty space to its original position.
The player input is the mouse (clicking on a square should move it to the empty space next to it). When the player complete the game, a message box should inform him with results:
- Time taken to complete
- Number of moves
Development constraints:
- Java 1.6
- Usage of Swing Classes (ie. JFrame, JButton...)
