Hi,I am looking for a programmer who has experience in programming the video encoders. There are plenty of video encoders available outside, but I want to develop one of my own. For e.g. videofile.sgr
Where .sgr is the file extension specifying that this is my video format.
Here is what I need -
1. Video Encoder application - which can encode any available widely used video formats into .sgr
2. A Java applet - which stream this newly converted video and play it in the browser.
