I am interested in a SMTP Server working locally in all Windows Operating Systems (including the latest 7 version) written in ISO/ANSI C language (including the full source code) to send emails using low level sockets/libraries.I like something simple and light, working as a command-line/console application (no GUI) using, for example, a simple text file to write/read the necessary configuration.
