PHP edit backend for my Oscommerce

Hello, I am looking for an experienced programmer who can assist me with the back end of my osCommerce website that is primarily PHP. I'm not looking for a full time or part time commitment, just someone to help me with these edits, where I sell my handmade jewelry.I'll leave this listing up for 14 days, hopefully someone here can help me.
Looking for some addons and adjustments:
- Social networking links for blogger, twitter, flickr, facebook like button
- SEO {meta tag my items}
- IP blocker to keep some crawlers off my site and trouble makers
- Images to automatically resize once uploaded
- Align the boxes because they seem to not all be the same size
- Remove at the top of the page select a language and the links
- I need to have Brands, box removed.
- When viewing an item, I need the content to stay in place no matter the screen resolution, it's currently stretching to fit.
- The font size for everything is too small, I need it 2pts larger, for the category lists, text for the products, just about every box text size is too small.
- Lower case titles, I don't need them all uppercase which they're currently set to.
- Add arrow link to help customers navigate to the next item in the category they are viewing.
