Fix oscommerce bugs.

Have a oscommerce store with some bugs:- contact form is not working
- on checkout_shipping.php, after hitting -next- button, nothing happens, so user can not complete the shopping process.
- Shiipping cost are not being setup, need to setup 3 different shipping providers.
- Have a problem with IP address wich appears in URL instead the dot com domain name.
- Need to replace -Create account- link with -My account- link when user is logged on.
- Need to add a new menu option.
