Project Description:
We are designing client website to include phpBB3, Movable Type, Spark v2.5.8 or similar and website private email, all register/login protected from Home Page with single login interface to all areas, various security aspects, links etc. anticipated. Need the services of someone we can work with to adjust/tweak PHP and other code to meet access and link needs across the website with some database build and access work included. Fullest detail yet to be worked out once client's full brief received. See initial thoughts in attached PDF.Would emphasise that design lies in our court BUT WE DO NEED support of coding expert probably IM/Chat orientated as much as anything. Duration of project not clear and, really, nor is budget - we have assumed "small project" for the moment but it maybe more or less. This can be discussed on sight of detail.
If anyone is willing to be involved on the basis of this 'overview' let us know.

interesting project, insufficient budget; 1500 USD isnt enough to cover even 5 days of work and this is a 2 month project for 3 engineers, we have worked extensively with spark / open fire / so i know this for a fat, if you can pay a reasonable and professional programming fee ~ 20 K +, please do invite me, Abraham A , Tuvinh IWM ( UK ) Ltd.
