Project Type:

Budget:
$250-$750 USD
Project Description:
We are a small aviation management company that provides turnkey management services to several privately owned aircraft.
Looking to work with EXPERIENCED professional website developers on a website project working from detailed brief and designs. Once the main website is working, as a second phase, we will want to make this into a mobile version to be accessed via mobile devices.
Please state all your previous experience creating dynamic websites, show example etc.
Good freelancer ratings and attention to detail are essentials.
State whether you work as part of a team/company or as an individual.
Thank you for the attention. The website must incorporate the following.
The website will be used by our clients for aircraft scheduling and by our pilots for maintenance and fuel requests and by our maintenance personnel for tracking maintenance requests.
We envision the front page of the website will contain a menu linking to the appropriate request form. The menu would consist of: 1) Flight Scheduling Request 2) Aircraft Fueling Request 3) Aircraft Maintenance Request
Once a request is made the website must have the ability to send a text message to several designated mobile phone numbers as well as send either a link to a printable form or a pdf file, via email to a designated email addresses. Since each service request may go to different people both the text numbers and email addresses need to be both changeable and different for each menu item.
The website must have the ability to track the status (either open or completed) and report the status of each type of request. A report needs to be available for each type of request ie Show all open Flight Scheduling Requests or all open Maintenance Requests as well as a master report showing all open requests by category. There must be a method of switching open requests to a completed status, with internal notes and the ability to generate a report on all completed requests.
The fields required and the desired forms for each menu item are as follows:
Flight Scheduling Requests
· Owners will enter flight requests on the website that would generate an email and text to our scheduling personnel. The email will contain a printable link or pdf containing the data.
· Data would include - Trip departure date, trip departure time, trip return date, trip return time, departure airport, destination airport. The fields need to be flexible enough to handle multiple legs (for example COS to APA to SFO to SAN to LAA to COS with dates and times for each leg of the trip). Name of person requesting trip, Number of passengers, total weight of passengers, total weight of any baggage, Free form special requests/notes.
Aircraft Fueling Request
· Pilots will use the website to send fueling requests to our service personnel the printable form emailed to the service personnel must include the data below as well as blanks for them to enter when the request was done, amount of fuel placed on board, billing method and a standard fueling checklist (will be provided).
· Data must include: Drop down of aircraft tail number ie N226BR, Flight departure date, Flight departure time, amount of fuel required, options will be either “Top Off” or a quantity in pounds, and a free form area for special requests or notes
Aircraft Maintenance Requests
· Pilots will use the website to send maintenance requests to our maintenance personnel. A printable request will be emailed to the maintenance personnel, the form will include a notes section and a man hour tracking section.
· Form data must include:
1. Date
2. Priority (Aircraft on Ground, At next Inspection, Before next flight, After next flight, etc)
3. Type of Issue (Engine, Avionics, Airframe, Passenger Interior, Pilot Interior, Washing, Interior cleaning, Oil, Oxygen, Tire pressure or Other)
4. Free form notes.
· When Maintenance personnel close out the maintenance request
