We are not looking for average work..we want TOP NOTCH candidate to use for all our future needs.     I am not a graphics designer, but my team mate is TOP NOTCH photoshop, CorelDRAW, Deamweawer, Flash, HTML designer. He has pretty knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, JSP scripting as well.
