Post Message to AVON REPS

i WANT A php Script that will: Go through the AVON WEbsite : [login to view URL] and will find Each rep by Last name A to Z for Each State I want to harvest thier NAME, EMAIL, PHONE, ID, anything else I also want it to have the ability to also Post on their Contact form a Message under Other.
