Opencart extension

Hello, can you create an extention that will allow users to submit their own products for sale, in my opencart website? The extension must allow users to submit their products for sale in Opencart a buy now and a make offer buttons implemented . Users must manage their own (only) products at anytime by simply login. Must work with any theme- therefore,it better be an extension that can be installed in any opencart. In the process of submitting a product a client should be charged a small fee per product submitted. Preferably Charged with regular paypal. (so that I can just enter my email in the extension and have the money in my paypal). Thank you. Thanks. I add this because many do not seem to understand what i am looking for. Here are the requirements: -seller's feedback/ratings page. -Seller pay a fee to site admin per sale - like ebay.com. -Customers can sign up for both buyer and seller account. -unlimited number of sellers in store. -For each product - different shipping locations customers can choose like amazon.com. - Payments are administered by admin.
