we wish to pay $10 for each text link exchange on PR 7 or More.
but mind link page rank must be more then PR7 Or above.

Do not bid if you have link below PR7, we are not interested to exchange
link with this sites.

Note: we pay you per link basis, first we view our site link in that partner
pages after that we confirm the link & pay you immediately.

you much have to place link on that page which have PR7 Or above.

we can choose 3/4 bidders if we like that link building consultant work for long time.

possible.

    but $10 per link - thats crazy

    If a page has google rank of 7+, it would be popular and receiving enormous amounts of hits. $10 for a link on those sites is absurd / crazy. Stop trying to exploit people here.

Keywords are used more than needed which leads to be treated as spam by the search engine. This also lowers the PR. I would first like to start with cleaning the site which will ultimately increase the PR slowly. We cant got for a PR7 when your PR is 2-3. First we need to work on our site then only we can start link exchange. Hope you understand. I am ready to work for you and would be happy to be of any help.
