French/English speaking Phone Operator needed!

Project Description:

We need a motivated and smiling phone operator to answer customer calls and call customers that have requested a call back. Needs to have solid communication skills and good web skills. You will answer questions from the finance sector so you are also required to have some basic knowledge in forex trading and forex investing.

The operator needs to have excellent French, Good Englisn and some basic knowledge of German. He will represent the company's office in Geneve and should be ready to work Mon-Fri from 9 am to 5 pm Switzerland time (UTC/GMT +2 hours). Bidders currently living in Switzerland will have advantage.

You will be required to learn and understand the content of our website, its purpose and the way it works.

In the beginning payments will be made per call and once the number of calls and clients increases we will discuss the payment method to make sure you are taken care of. If you are doing good job and the clients are satisfied with your help you will be satisfied too!

You must also ensure a peacefull and quite environment for the calls. It won't be professional to have kids running arount while you are on the phone with a client.

We pay all call expenses! You are required to:

-be on the phone in the specified hours
-represent the company properly!
-be at least 21 years old
-be a patient and joyful character
-have a computer with very fast internet!
-ensure quiet room or office, so no one bothers you during calls (no young kids around or wives who need care)

Since we don't expect many calls in the beginning and probably you won't be making a lot of money, we recommend that only those people who stay infront of the computer during the mentioned working hours should bid.
