Project Description:

We are on of the UK's largest provider of IT Disposal and High Security Data erasure.

We are looking for a team of 2-4 sales people with perfect English/Accent who can call potential clients
to generate medium to large leads for us .

Potential teams will be required to give UK references and be asked to take part in mock sales calls to confirm they are best skilled to deliver the leads required.

Please submit your proposal and costs for 1 mth of generation detailing how you expect to succeed ,call structure and of course , cost of the team.

We would typically expect each team member to generate 2-4 small leads per day (revenue < £10k) , 1-2 medium leads per day (11k-20k) and 1-3 large leads per week (>£20k).

Ideally , we would look to pay a small 'retainer' for the team with the majority being earned based on the lead type and quantity.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY TEAMS APPLYING MUST BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH DIRECTOR/CEO LEVEL PEOPLE - ie totally professionally and clearly .YOU MUST ALSO HAVE STRONG REFERENCES IN THE UK.

    To answer your questions, I have worked for a company called Kestral and I did 16 yrs per week for them and I got 2-4 enquries per day, I did not get involved in how much the revenue was my job was get the interest and make an appointment and or e-mail info to them from the company then do all the follow up, All I am asking of you is that you gove me trial to see how we get on, I am getting enquiries from other companies so I need to know how many hours you would like so I can organise my work load, you can contact me anytime either by e-mail or my mobile I am ready to start monday.
