Approximately 3 HOURS OF AMERICAN VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS NEED TO BE TRANSCRIBED INTO WRITTEN WORD DOCUMENT.
THEN IT MUST BE ORGANISED INTO BULLET FORMAT WITH TITLES SUBTITLES
You must have a verifiable proof that you have at least 2 yrs experience doing this and be fluent in transcribing audio American into excellent written well organised bulleted American English.
This must be done completely via human transcription only.
No software will be used or accepted !!
You must be very successful in passing around 15 minutes video test that you will be given to transcribe into written American English Before U can be given the job.
Give me exact estimate and how long exactly will it take you to finish excellent job.
We will try one job first, if it works as it should and intended to, then I will give you more jobs in the future. If it does not, we won't
Let me know now as I have contacted others and started getting replies already with many inexpensive bids.
I will pick the one who is the most inexpensive as well as the fastest with the highest quality accurate work and verifiable record of doing same here on GAF.
You must be able to provide verifiable track record of doing similar projects won in the past on ODESK so you must have done this and won one or more jobs similar on GAF as I will check.

That's a really bad joke offering $3 per trascription hour and the max $10? No way!!! $15 is the minimum price per hour, plus you ask 2 year experienced people for that and a lot of conditions when the only and the easiest thing you could do is sending a test to see who's provide the best quality. What's the point to say you have lots of bids of people interested in the proyect? To attract more bids? Well, let me tell you that you going the wrong way!!! So, if you have so many people interested, look into them then.

So considering it takes 5 to 6 hours to transcript an audio hour you are offering 50 cents to $1.70 per hour!!

What I need is the projects on long term basis. If you come to me now, the next time you do come to me. Thats the spirit behind my work, because I need clients on long term basis. Rates are negotiable and first time I can work on your mentioned rates. But 3 dollars per hour is very low rate. Kindly reconsider it. I am ready to pass the test which you give to me .
