Hi, I own a popular tv links website running on wordpress and have many different ideas to improve it. I would like to start with what you see on the title which I now consider to be necessary. If you are not familiar with these type of websites you may look at sidereel.com, yidio.com, tvduck.com, show-links.tv (the links section, choose any episode). From there you will see what I'm looking for.

I don't mean to get something as elaborate as theirs might be since my budget for now is not so much but I'll definitely have more work after this. I would like someone to get me this plugin to work with the minimum requirements listed below.

Must haves are:
- Allow up to 10 links to be submitted at once
- Only registered users can submit links.
- Clear and simple display of the links.
- Administrator submissions always go first.
- No duplicate links allowed.

In the near future I will require:
- Vote on links (whether they are dead or not)
- Allow sorting.
- Block domains from being submitted.
- Give priority to some links over others.
- Automatically delete dead links.
- Pending links queue
