*** IMPORTANT - PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU MEET THIS REQUIREMENT: Strong American or English accent required with little to no foreign accent (must be highly neutralized) ***

We are looking for ENGLISH or AMERICAN ACCENT voice support for our telemarketing, customer service, and technical support positions (the project you are bidding on will include a blend of these roles). This is a WORK AT HOME position and we will pay all voip phone bills associated with all outbound calls made from your computer (do not factor this cost into your bid price).

*IMPORTANT*: I must emphasize that the candidates we are looking for must sound like or be very close to NATIVE ENGLISH or AMERICAN ACCENT speakers.

Description:

- REQUIRED: Strong American OR English neutral accent
- Location: Home-based
- Hours (two options): Shift 1 - 2pm-10pm IST, Mon-Fri; Shift 2 - 6pm-2am IST, Mon-Fri
- Available Positions - We currently have 40 positions available
- Scope - Each candidate hired will be a temporary employee for a duration of one month (test period). Upon the completion of the test period, if the candidate demonstrates the skill set desired, this candidate will become a full time employee
- Position Details - You will be making outbound calls to US customers, and may be involved in customer service and technical support of our product
- To bid on this project, you must own a PC/microphone headset, and must have a fast internet connection

TO APPLY/PLACE A BID PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Your bid price should reflect the price of hiring you for a 5 day period (representing a 40 hour work week). For example, if you are willing to work for $1/hr, and since each shift is 8 hrs/day, then your bid price for the 5 days would be $40. If this is the case, put in $40 as your bid price.
2. Send us a message letting us know whether you are open to working in Shift 1, Shift 2, or either shift. If you are open to both shifts, you can write "Both". If you are open to Shift 1, you can message us "Shift 1 only".
3. When bidding, message us with a print-screen snapshot of the results of the internet speed test. The test may be accessed in the following link:

When you start the test, make sure you let it load fully to complete all sub-tests (will take 1-2 minutes). After it is complete, you will see the "Connection Summary" (with several green, yellow, or red lights dependent on your internet performance). Message a snapshot of your screen to show us your test results (a sample of what we are looking for is attached to this project). If you are unsure how to do a print-screen snapshot, you may message us the test results by typing out the Connection Summary Results (below is a sample):

GREEN - Jitter: 5.0ms
GREEN - Packet Loss: 0.0%
YELLOW - MOS Score: 4.0
RED - Download Speed: 12.2Mbps
RED - Upload Speed: 3.87Mbps
RED - Quality of Service: 84%
