Project Description:

We need a 3 seat calling facility to work on a domestic outbound sales campaign.
The team should be from India. At least 1 year of Domestic calling experience is a must.
The product sells for Rs. 10,000, and is required to be sold to health practitioners – doctors, chemists, yoga centres, Spas, veterinarians etc. We expect 1 person to sell at least two in a day.


You need to have a system for recording and give access to us for monitoring of calls in real time. Once the sale is complete, you must complete a voice recorded contract, this is then sent to us via FTP.

We will pay Rs. 12,000 fixed 8,000 Variable + 5% commission on sales payable monthly per seat. Payment will be done online as well as via cheques that may be collected by courier agents. You will be responsible for following up for cheque collections.
Variable will be calculated based on
a. No. of sales
b. % of Collection
c. Updation of Call Records on CRM
If the sales is less than 10 , no variable will be payable.
We will start with a 1 month trial. Leads and scripts will be provided.

Selection process will include a round of verbal test with individuals who will be calling. Submit your bid with complete profile, credentials and references.
You should bid with the minimum number of calls you will be able to make and the number of sales you will be able to guarantee.
