Project Description:

We look for someone who makes a complete Website relaunch
for our website http://web4.hm

To give us a certain bit, here are the details:
1.1 Website is in german and must be translated into english,
so it is availible in 2 languages
(if you have problems with german, babelfish will help you).
1.2 If you use frames, you must include a framebuster.
1.3 Our existing FAQ-database must be kept.
1.4 All of our server and webspace-offers must be kept.
1.5 All of our Software-projects must be kept.
1.6 Our search-engine at website must be kept.
1.7 Our press-archiv are kept.
1.8 New sitemap.
1.9 Every line in of our webspace and server-offers become a popup-window with
a little help in it.
1.10 Every line in of our webspace and server-offers become a single icon or graphic.
e.g. "With php" becomes the php-icon and so on.
1.11 Existing mod_rewrite-rules for http://web4.hm are kept.
1.12 Existing onmouse-over animations in textfields are kept.


Menu:
2.1 Animated flash- or dhtml-menu.
2.2 Graphic animated onmouseover buttons.
2.3 Graphic animated onmouse buttons.
2.4 Graphic animated offmouseover buttons.
2.5 Settings for language must be saved in cookie and website must
choose next visit the correct language automaticly.
2.6 Our existing menu-structure are keeped:
mainmenu -> submenu1 -> submenu1 -> single website


Technical:
3.0 New newsletterfunction add/remove email, newsletterfunction must include custom groups (normal customer, hosting customer, software customer).
3.1 New Domaincheck-function with interface to existing order-form.
3.2 "tell a friend"- function for each website.
3.3 print-button on each website and special print-version must be availible for each website.
3.4 "Callback" function on each website.


Common:
4.0 Design must be optimzed for =>mozilla 1.7, opera 7.x, netscape 4.75 and IE6.x.
4.1 Default layout must optimzed for => 1024*768.
4.2 Every website must be accessable with an url
e.g. http://domain.com/html/our_offers.php?get=xxx
4.3 Call from an url, the menu must correct open to the correct submenu.
It doesnt work now correct.

4.4 Typo3 is allowed, but not a condition.
4.5 All of our webspace and server offers became graphical pay-buttons.
4.6 Individual meta-tags are generated for single website.
4.7 The color are changeing from every line in our faq.
4.8 New favicon (little ring, from our existing headline-buttons)
4.9 All source pics (png) are delivered to us
4.10 Existing font are kept.
