I have a completely working script in php for real estate listings with pictures. I have translated this into Dutch. I want the translation which is in an other directory and uses the same my sql database, to use the same /picture files and I want an extension, so that the now automated site menus will be static, because of the translation. Later on I want more extensions.Additional Project Description:

I have a working script for Real Estate, so I am NOT interested in offers for other real estate software.
Because this software will be working in Europe I must have the possibility to offer the part of the software for our clients in more than 1 language. To start with I did translate it into Dutch (from the English original). What did I do, I took the script, translated it and did put it in an other subdirectory, what I need to be done, is that you make it working especially for the pictures, because the software is using My SQL, which is going fine, but it should use the pictures from a /pics file which is in another subdirectory. Also there is a possibility for clients to give there search criteria, which is then put into the database, and at the moment there is new property which matches their criteria, they will get an email with the relevant data. I want to get also an email from the system at the moment these people subscribe into that matching system.
Also at this moment the side menu to the other pages comes from data in the sql database, therefore if you translate the side menu and you change it, it is changed into the database, which means that you not only change this menu into f.i. Dutch, but you changed also the original in the English version. We have to change that also, or to make this part static (so no database) or to put into the database also the names for the other languages.
So at this moment only 3 items to do:
1. Use through the whole system only one /pics directory, which can be used in the English and in the Dutch version.
2. Mail an info to the admin when a client subscribes for the matching service.
3.Change the site menu so that it can be used in other languages.
These 3 minor changes I need, to start the program going and to publish it for use in our office.

Later on (in a few months) I want to make this realy multilangual, so that it easely can be used, for Spanish, French, German etc. Also I want at that stage a fully automated backup / restore possibility included for the SQL database and the pictures.
It is our intention to extend this software within a year on such a base, that other agents of us can use this software but with their own name, logo etc

You can choose between 2 predefined templates that are used to build client area. Templates can be completely customized to follow design of your existing website.
'Member registration' is completely new feature. Now visitors of your web site can register and become members. When a visitor becomes a member she/he can save favorite properties and send contact to agent/owner about their properties. This feature can be disabled.
You can choose for what properties can be listed: for sell, for rent or both.
Who can use Real Estate Website?
This software is designed to be used either by novice or advanced users. It is ideal for real estate agencies, single agents or persons/companies who want to run real estate portals.

Info Board
It is a place where users leave their massages to be read by all other users. Only Super Administrator, Administrator and Webmaster can post info board messages.

Place where you receive and send private messages to any of the users.
Contacts
Contacts that were sent from the client area of the Real Estate Website.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.
Backup
It is possible to create back up of entire database (SQL format) that can be restored at any time. No advanced skills are required to use this feature.

Export
Entire data base, listing list, user list, agent list and member list can be exported into 3 different formats: XML, CSV and HTML.

Statistics
Tracks statistic about users, listings and images.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.
Configuration
You can define following settings:
Date Format, Currency symbol, Size unit, Thousands separator, Decimal separator, Decimal places, Listing image dimensions (client side only), No. of Listings per page, No. of Agents per page, Max listing image size, Max user image size.

Listing Features
Besides integrated listing features you can add 2 kind of additional features:
• unlimited number of additional properties joined in groups (property either includes them or not and it is same for each property that includes them)
• up to 10 additional main properties (different for each property)
Also with this feature you can add Property Type, State and City.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.
All Listings
Displays list of all listings in the data base.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.
Add Listing
Super Administrator and Administrators can add new listing and assign it to any of registered agents. Agents and Owners can add listing only for them selves.
Search
Search for listings by ID, Agent, Owner, Headline, State, City, and Type.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.
All users
Displays list of all users.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.
Add User
Super Administrator can create Administrator and Webmaster accounts while Administrator can create additional Webmaster accounts.
Members
Displays list of all registered members (members are registered through client side).
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.
My Profile
Displays profile for currently logged user.
All Agents
Displays list of all agents.
Only Super Administrator and Administrators can use this feature.
Add Agent
Creates new agent account.
