The basic structure pf the database on MS Access is ready and I can send you a sample immediately on your seeking it. The database contains all your requirements and the sample database is a working model with billing of customers shown. This is to convince you that we can deliver on time. Thank

I would love do bid on this job, however I need some clarification. To be responsible about an accurate bid I have to ask some tough questions.
As I understand it, you are looking for a MS Access front end. That would be your primary GUI (Graphical User Interface).
-You want the
backend tables in the database linked with your website database?
-What is your websites backend database? MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle?
-If you want full system integration, you should consider a full web solution. In essence you are building problems and obsolescence with the use of MS
Access. This would be a cleaner solution and less problem prone.
-Is your core issue connectivity to the internet? Is that why you want to cache the data locally on your intranet?
-How many end users are there going to be?

Is it OK if the DB is made in JAVA?
Is the DB necessarily a relational database?
Are you looking for a frontend only or a full-fledged DB?
