Project Description:

I need a web form for a password recovery process via email.
The user is required to
- Type their email address.
- Type their date of birth.
- Answer their secret question.

Subsequently, the code will send the new password and the link to change password to the user's email address.

Requirements:

Application should be done in Coldfusion and MySQL as database.
