Project Description:

We need a website developed especially for touchscreen monitors that also works with an a Phone (or similar type device)

The site must be totally controlled by touchscreen input (login, etc.)

The site will display images. When a user touches the image on screen the website will play an audio track. For instance, if there is an image of an apple and the user touches the image they would hear the word, "apple." (or similar phrase)

The user must be able to change images and audio files to suit their individual needs.

The site must have an area with "pre-built" images and audio tracks - so that users can simply add the ones that they need to their own. This area should contain 2 sections - one for girls and the other for boys. (So that they can choose the audio according to their gender)

The website must work with a totally portable device (like a Phone or something similar.) We would like to hear your input on this.

We will discuss in further detail once we have selected the winner.

You can use whatever software you wish to create the site.

We will also reward "good work" with cash bonuses!!!

Winner of this project MUST sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and all rights to the software will remain ours.

Also, please do NOT give us unrealistic bids or time-frames. Don't tell us that the project will only take you 5 days - when you know it will take a month. Don't tell us that it will only cost $100 and then try to tell us that the bid was not high enough - that is not our problem. We expect this project to be completed within time and budget and will settle for nothing less.

Also, it is important that we receive daily communication from you!!! Again, we expect a daily report of things that were accomplished.

We expect to have only the best working on this! If you don't know how to complete it - don't bid! We will not tolerate waiting for you to "learn" coding.
