Stages of performance of the project:
1 stage - term of 3-6 months: I give a map of the city and the information about firms of a city with requisites in electronic form. It is necessary for me to create information search system similar <http://rapidshare.com/files/358786078/MoGISInstall.zip.html>. The user interface is necessary for executing in 2 languages - English and Russian.
2 stage 2-3 months: it will be necessary to add the Developed program with various information layers (for example, all restaurants of a city, cafe, the Internet, etc.).
3 stage - it is constant: constant monthly updating of layers of the program.
At 1 stage it is necessary for me to write for a floor price the program (with source codes)
The environment of working out of the program: more preferably With ++ or Borland Delphi. More preferably russianspeaking developers.
