Project Description:
The project was started by my programmer, but he gave up half way through due to personal problems. I need someone who is experienced in working with Kohana framework + Smarty system. He have given me an estimate of <$150 to complete this project. I have new additions I want to include in the websites, therefore my budget will increase. I need someone to finish where he left off and to design the website. I will give the URL and source code to serious inquires. Please post your portfolio in your bid's comment. Although I prefer to see work done with Kohana framework, it is not necessary.
