Project Description:

We need a skilled Excel data analysis person to complete analysis on approx 40 sets of data. Each set of data has between between 10 to 150 lines.

We do telemarketing to set appointments - we want to analyze our appointment data that we have already set for each geographical region that we call into, in order to determine what is the most productive time to call into each region.

The outcome should be a bar graph - X axis should be "time of call", with increments of 12-1pm, 1-2pm, 2-3pm, 3-4pm, 4-5pm, 5-6pm, and 6-7pm.
The Y axis should be "appointments set", with the increments determined by the quantity of sample data (eg if only 10 sample available, the increments might be 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 etc or if there are alot of records the increments might be 10, 20, 30 etc).
