Hello,

I am in need of an India-based attorney to review/modify a web design contract for adherence to Indian law. The document will be presented to an India based web designer, signed and returned to you. You will be asked to retain a copy and send a copy to me via fax or scan and email.

Your bid should be based only upon the contract tasks listed above.

Additional/future legal work may be required in the development of web site usage agreements and terms and conditions.

You must be a lawyer and able to practice law in the Republic of India.
