I will not be selling all the voip phone hardware maybe just a few industry tried and true units (quality not quantity) but The focus of the site will be selling voip based remote agent call center solution packages wrapped around a concept like;

Currently I have a project being completed (see link below) that already has the infrastructure set up to link to the site you will create;

and the site will need to interact colorfully with my servers/software (listed in the job link above and on project clarification board same thing). A home page flash banner and maybe a 5 page front end with a full call center backend linked into vicidial and Gafachi.
I need my site/server to be as hack proof as u can make it so an understanding of net security is good.
The site will need to be available in the following languages as per Vicidial already provides the backend in these languages; Client web-app web pages available in English, Spanish, Greek, German, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Brazillian Portuguese
Basicly what I want is a site like grasshopper where remote agents can log in and out and turn themselves on and of and have the functionality that comes with the Vicidial call center solution.
Space sells so I don't want the site to be to cluttered.
I just want to sell as many minutes as possible so a wham bam cheap intro plan needs to be to attractive to pass up to get users using the minutes on a system that's very easy and fast to use.
The domain name I purchased is; LineLink.org so If u can come up with some conceptual designs with the name to integrate into the offering that would be great.
Give me a bid and lets get the ball rolling.

Description
I have a server with CentOS 5.4 installed and I have downloaded the files needed so far to configure specs below I now just need someone to config remotely.
CentOS 5.4 – install - Asterisk, Vicidial, Gafachi Sip 50,000 incoming minutes
Can u do in a week?
voice configuration and optimization for clear voice
Call forwarding to;
70% landlines
30% cell
Sip config with Gafachi
remote agents will have sip softphones registered to vicidial
Our receiving gateway for sip call from gafachi will also be vicidial / asterisk
So basically we have to get only incoming minutes
I need my server and software configured so;
Agents can run reports on DID numbers to see there talk time how many calls and from who
a. need agents to have extension and voice-mail
b. I need call forwarding settings where I can add a number, set a schedule, or turn on or off the line so it wont receive calls in que live.
c. I need to have an option for; 1. extension should call each of my phone numbers in order, just once or 2. Extension should call each of my phone numbers indefinitely, until someone picks up.
Forwarding options;
option 1. I need to be able to have a transfer greeting i.e., “Please hold while your call is transferred” and then on-hold music then goto voicemail.
Option 2. answer the call give message then just hang up
Also;
If I want to try(without breaking with Gafachi) some different outgoing vendor or different toll free provider I would need a softswitch to receive sip calls from those other providers. I need to have my own independent voip softswitch+pbx integrated into my server as well. I would like to be looking for the best price and quality being able to change providers when necessary. If we don't implement it now, I want it to be a possibility to make voip softswitch+pbx a part of our set up in the future.over 2 years ago
