User/Client Subscription Mangement using Billing Revolution

Hello, I have signed up for Billing Revolution product and would like to be able to have my clients use the cart for recurring subscription. Based on the plan level, I would like for the user to be charged each month.

Very similar to a cell phone bill, i want a lookup of calls made and received and to determine if the calls were over / under the plan. If over, then a calculation should be made and the charges applied to the billing revolution for processing PLUS the regular monthly subscription charge.

The user must be able to go into their admin panel and change subscriptions UP only. Super Admin may be able to get in and move them down plans.
