API for OpenMarket - sending/receiving SMS/MMS

Hello,

PREFER PYTHON - BUT WILL ACCEPT PHP

I need an API that will enable sending and receiving MMS/SMS messages with OpenMarket. I am attaching documentation from OpenMarket for your review. Please be sure to review message flow and error messages as they may apply.

For Inbound:
Table to populate "unparsed" with field schema as follows: sender,receiver,msgsubject,msgdata, senttime,receivedtime
(this table may be modified to accomodate special provisions or information coming from OpenMarket - we want to capture all information)

For Outbound:
Table to poll "outbox" with field schema as follows: id,sender,receiver,msg,senttime,receivedtime,reference,status,msgtype,operator,errormsg

The api should look at the STATUS = SEND and SENDER = [short code route] and MSGTYPE to determine sending requireements (MMS or SMS)

Please review documents to be sure we are tracking the responses properly and sending alternative messaging if required.

Will need the ability for API to wget the deactivated numbers and match against a table "Mobile" and Opt-Out or Deactivate should they match on a nightly basis.


Also, will most likely require additional programming in future as requirements often change from OpenMarket.
