BASED AGENTS / VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS FROM HOME:
• Agent(s) handle customer communications and providing customer service.
• Collecting, entering, and confirming customer/business information.
• Answering customer questions, resolving issues.
• Responding to email, and/or engaging in live chat with customers.
CAMPAIGN/PROJECT REQUIREMENT:
CLIENT(S) REQUIREMENTS FOR CAMPAIGN STARTUP:
• Client(s) will provide all leads/calling lists for call center.
• Client(s) will provide all training material(s) and scripts. (If client does not have material or script and center has to create script and materials- additional cost apply.)
• Client(s) will provide all time zones to call (operational hours for his/her campaign).
• Client(s)
will provide any IT requirements for campaign.
• Client(s) will review/edit/sign contract (provided by Center) prior to start up.
• Client(s) will pay a security deposit (to be determined) prior to start up of campaign. Security deposit will be returned to client(s) after 1 month of
service.
• Center can start running campaign(s) within 24-48 hours depending on campaign requirement(s).
We only accept hourly campaigns for our center. For Inbound, (Voice and Non Voice) we charge $4-$6 per hour per agent, with agent(s) working 40 hours a week. For Outbound we charge
$7-$103 per hour per agent, depending on campaign requirements. We require a very small security deposit (depending on number of agents), which is returned after 1 month of service. We start all campaigns with 5 or more agents, within 24 hours. We are here to help you in any way we can. With us,
