Unshaping Torrentflux-b4rt Traffic

Project Description:

We offer seedboxes and access to Torrentflux for users in South Africa but recently started to experience problems with ISPs that are shaping all P2P, torrent, FTP and HTTP traffic to death. The result is that the download speeds are less than 15KB/Sec when our clients download their files from our servers. Changing the IP addresses does not work. We've configured FTP for Torrentflux-b4rt using this guide:

About our servers:

All seedboxes are configured with Ubuntu 9.10 and includes Torrentflux-b4rt with FTP & Secure FTP downloading.

What we require:

We require a solution that would completely unshape traffic to/from our servers in order for our clients to be able to download at the fastest possible speed using any of the following protocols: P2P, torrent, FTP and HTTP. We also require encrypted web sessions and web proxy. We want to make it as hard as possible for ISPs to shape traffic to/from our servers.
